Guideline for Oral Presentation

Presentation: Oral Session
Oral Session : October 5,2024

  1. Presentation for 7 min. & 2 min. discussion (Q/A) is required. ppt slides needs to be prepared.
  2. Slide format: Maximum of 8 pages slide (*ppt, *pptx) Slide Size: 16:9 File size: under 20MB
  3. Please provide your slides as a backup before September 16 ,2024(GMT+8).
  4. The schedule of oral Session would be notified, once the program is confirmed.

Important Information

  • The presenting author( International presenter) is required to confirm the participation before September 1, 2024. And complete the registration and payment before September 10, 2024 (GMT+8). The presenting author could have free registration (each abstract limits one author free).

If you are the presenting author, please remember to choose presenting author, and fill in abstract number at the registration system.

Guideline for E-Poster

Presentation: Moderated E-poster Session

Please email to hancanconf@gmail.com

  1. The first line must be your abstract number (e.g. Abs_20240110001), and the second line is the full title.
  2. The FORMAT of poster should be Vertical, one page only. And also A4-sized PDF file which should be under 10MB.
  3. Please pay attention to the image. The resolution of the image has to be at least 300DPI.
  4. The schedule of Moderated E-poster Session would be notified, once the program is confirmed.
  5. The file name should be the abstract no. + the name of the presenter (e.g. Abs_20240110001 Vanessa Chiu)
  6. Please provide your E-poster file before September 16 ,2024(GMT+8).
