About fee of partner society for APEM 2026
Participants using an APEM 2026 partner society's promotion code must pay the full registration fee first. The discounted amount will be refunded upon on-site check-in.
Virtual-Only 2026 APEM Information:
Includes only the sessions held in Conference Rooms 401 and 402 on October 3, 2026, and the sessions held in Conference Room 401 on the morning of October 4, 2026.
2026 APEM Workshop Information:
- Participants registered for 2026 APEM are eligible to attend the workshop free of charge. The workshop will be held in the afternoon on Oct. 4, 2026,(Room 402); however, participation is limited to 75 participants.
- Participants from LMIC countries who register for the SECC 2026 conference are eligible to attend the 2026 APEM conference free of charge; however, participation in the workshop, which will be held in the afternoon on Oct. 4, 2026, is not included.
- If you are from an LMIC country and register for both the SECC 2026 and 2026 APEM conferences, but choose to attend only the main conference without participating in the workshop, the registration fees for both conferences will be collected in advance during registration and payment for administrative purposes. The 2026 APEM registration fee will then be refunded upon on-site check-in at the conference.
The on-demand post-event videos of the 2026 APEM content, available within six months after the event, include only the program sessions held in Conference Rooms 401 and 402 throughout the day on October 3, 2026, as well as the program sessions held in Conference Room 401 during the morning of October 4, 2026.
The on-demand recordings of the SECC 2026 will be available for six months after the event. The recordings will include only the sessions held in Conference Room 101 on October 3–4, 2026.
Please be noted that the official fare is US$ and registration fee will be paid in New Taiwan Dollar. The exchange rate is according to Taiwan's national financial regulations and the actual payment would be slightly different from the above official rate. 上述票價為美元，實際收費將依據主辦單位國家金融法規規範以台幣收費，實際線上刷卡金額與上表略有出入。

How to Register
- International Participants are strongly requested to register for the congress individually via Online Registration System at the congress website
- Complete registration required full payment and the relevant supporting document.

Notification of Online Registration Process
A notification would be sent via email the online registration system to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact the Registration Office before you try to register again.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting document and full payment of registration fee in the designated deadline will be altered as Onsite registration by the Congress Secretariat.
Letter of Invitation
Participants may request the invitation letter from the Congress Secretariat. The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from SECC Congress 2026 Taipei / The 10th Asia-Pacific Conference on ICU Early Rehabilitation, Taipei 2026 (2026 APEM). organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.
On-site Registration
The deadline for Regular Registration is Sep 20,2026.Please note that the registration deadline varies depending on the selected option. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as Onsite Registration price.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The refund is only applicable if the SECC Congress 2026 Taipei / The 10th Asia-Pacific Conference on ICU Early Rehabilitation, Taipei 2026 (2026 APEM) is cancelled.

Insurance
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
