Professor Chung-Kan Peng is a highly regarded expert in critical care, pulmonary medicine, and hyperbaric medicine, currently serving as the Deputy Superintendent of Tri-Service General Hospital, Taiwan. He is also the President of the Association of Hyperbaric and Undersea Medicine of the Republic of China, a role in which he has been pivotal in promoting the advancement of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diving medicine especially in critical care fields. In addition to his hospital leadership, Dr. Peng is the Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine at the National Defense Medical Center before, further cementing his status as a leading figure in both clinical practice and medical education.
